錳酸鹽銀納米片能(neng)(neng)夠讓科(ke)學(xue)家能(neng)(neng)夠以更(geng)(geng)(geng)低成本制造出更(geng)(geng)(geng)安(an)全、更(geng)(geng)(geng)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)的(de)鋁空氣(qi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)。據(ju)外媒報道(dao),韓國蔚山(shan)國際科(ke)學(xue)技術(shu)(shu)研(yan)究所(Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology)的(de)研(yan)究人(ren)員利用此(ci)類新型催化(hua)劑研(yan)發了一款鋁空氣(qi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi),該電(dian)(dian)池(chi)可(ke)解決(jue)現(xian)今電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)(EV)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)技術(shu)(shu)的(de)常見問題,讓電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)車(che)主擁有續航里程(cheng)更(geng)(geng)(geng)高(gao)、且可(ke)更(geng)(geng)(geng)換的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組,無需慢(man)慢(man)充電(dian)(dian)。
與現有(you)鋰離子電(dian)池(chi)(chi)相比(bi),該新(xin)型電(dian)池(chi)(chi)具更(geng)(geng)高的能(neng)量(liang)密(mi)度、成本更(geng)(geng)低、循環壽命更(geng)(geng)好、安全(quan)性也更(geng)(geng)高。此外,它重量(liang)輕,幾乎沒有(you)著火(huo)或爆炸(zha)的風險。鋁(lv)(lv)空氣電(dian)池(chi)(chi)是(shi)原電(dian)池(chi)(chi),不能(neng)使(shi)用常(chang)規方法對其進(jin)行充電(dian)。當(dang)應用于(yu)電(dian)動汽車時,此類電(dian)池(chi)(chi)只(zhi)需通(tong)過更(geng)(geng)換鋁(lv)(lv)板和(he)電(dian)解液來(lai)產生電(dian)力。相同(tong)重量(liang)的鋁(lv)(lv)和(he)汽油,鋁(lv)(lv)的實際能(neng)量(liang)密(mi)度高于(yu)汽油。
曹在(zai)(zai)弼(bi)(Jaephil Cho)教授在(zai)(zai)一(yi)份聲(sheng)明中表示:"汽油的能量密度為1,700 Wh/kg,憑(ping)借著可(ke)(ke)更(geng)換(huan)的電(dian)解液和鋁(lv)板,一(yi)個鋁(lv)空氣電(dian)池(chi)的能量密度高達2,500 Wh/kg,此意味著,使用1公斤的鋁(lv),我(wo)們就(jiu)可(ke)(ke)以生產(chan)一(yi)個電(dian)池(chi),而(er)此電(dian)池(chi)可(ke)(ke)讓電(dian)動汽車行駛(shi)700公里。"
與傳統(tong)(tong)的鋁(lv)空氣(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池相比,該研究團隊的鋁(lv)空氣(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池放電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)量提高了17倍。與其(qi)(qi)他(ta)金屬(shu)空氣(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的運行方式類似(si),該款電(dian)(dian)(dian)池通過空氣(qi)中(zhong)的氧(yang)氣(qi)與鋁(lv)發生(sheng)反應,從而產生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)。雖然(ran)鋁(lv)空氣(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池是所有電(dian)(dian)(dian)池中(zhong)能(neng)量密度zui高的電(dian)(dian)(dian)池之一,但是由于在使用傳統(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液時(shi),其(qi)(qi)陽極(ji)成本高,會產生(sheng)副產物,它們并未得到廣泛應用。
為了(le)克(ke)服該(gai)障(zhang)礙,研究人員(yuan)開(kai)發了(le)一(yi)款電(dian)(dian)池,可以減輕(qing)電(dian)(dian)池芯(xin)中副(fu)作用,在(zai)電(dian)(dian)池芯(xin)中,電(dian)(dian)解液會(hui)不(bu)斷(duan)循環。研究人員(yuan)制備了(le)銀(yin)納米粒子晶(jing)種錳氧化物銀(yin)納米片(pian)結構(gou)用于氧還原反應。該(gai)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)壽(shou)命得以增長,能量密度得以提高,將有助(zhu)于更多電(dian)(dian)動車輛(liang)的(de)(de)普及,并且(qie)配備該(gai)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)車輛(liang)續航里程將更長、重量更輕(qing),且(qie)不(bu)會(hui)發生爆炸。
