東北大學、中(zhong)國鋁(lv)業股份有限公司等自2007年起開(kai)始對鋁(lv)電(dian)(dian)解重大節能技(ji)術進行(xing)系統研究(jiu),并成(cheng)功(gong)開(kai)發出新型陰極結構鋁(lv)電(dian)(dian)解槽成(cheng)套技(ji)術。
該成(cheng)果建立了(le)(le)(le)高(gao)(gao)效節能新(xin)型陰(yin)(yin)(yin)極(ji)(ji)結構(gou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)理論,攻破(po)了(le)(le)(le)鋁(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)耗(hao)難(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)于大(da)幅(fu)度(du)(du)(du)降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)難(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)題(ti),提出了(le)(le)(le)鋁(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)生產(chan)大(da)幅(fu)度(du)(du)(du)節電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)路線,引領了(le)(le)(le)當代世界(jie)(jie)鋁(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)節能技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)一場重要變(bian)革。項(xiang)目組在(zai)世界(jie)(jie)上(shang)首(shou)創(chuang)(chuang)了(le)(le)(le)具(ju)有減波(bo)功能、提高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)內(nei)鋁(lv)液(ye)面(mian)穩定性的(de)(de)新(xin)型陰(yin)(yin)(yin)極(ji)(ji)結構(gou),解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)(le)(le)大(da)型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)鋁(lv)液(ye)磁流(liu)體波(bo)動(dong)幅(fu)度(du)(du)(du)大(da)、難(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)于穩定運(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)難(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)題(ti),將鋁(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)內(nei)的(de)(de)鋁(lv)液(ye)面(mian)波(bo)幅(fu)降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)了(le)(le)(le) 1cm以上(shang),從而(er)在(zai)保持(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)效率(lv)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上(shang),將槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)低(di) 0.3伏以上(shang),使鋁(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)噸(dun)鋁(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)耗(hao)大(da)幅(fu)度(du)(du)(du)降(jiang)(jiang)低(di) 900~1100 kWh;首(shou)創(chuang)(chuang)了(le)(le)(le)保溫型鋁(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)內(nei)襯(chen)結構(gou)設計技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),打破(po)了(le)(le)(le)大(da)型鋁(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)必須強(qiang)制散熱(re)的(de)(de)傳統設計理念,解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)(le)(le)新(xin)型陰(yin)(yin)(yin)極(ji)(ji)結構(gou)鋁(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)在(zai)低(di)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)運(yun)行(xing)狀態下保持(chi)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)衡(heng)的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)難(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)題(ti);還創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)開發(fa)了(le)(le)(le)與新(xin)型鋁(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)陰(yin)(yin)(yin)極(ji)(ji)結構(gou)相適應的(de)(de)低(di)污(wu)染(ran)、低(di)能耗(hao)、防早期(qi)破(po)損的(de)(de)溝(gou)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)絕緣焦粒焙(bei)(bei)燒(shao)啟(qi)動(dong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)和(he)火(huo)焰——鋁(lv)液(ye)焙(bei)(bei)燒(shao)啟(qi)動(dong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)(le)(le)陰(yin)(yin)(yin)極(ji)(ji)表(biao)面(mian)具(ju)有溝(gou)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)的(de)(de)新(xin)型陰(yin)(yin)(yin)極(ji)(ji)結構(gou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)焙(bei)(bei)燒(shao)啟(qi)動(dong)的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)難(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)題(ti),降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)了(le)(le)(le)焙(bei)(bei)燒(shao)啟(qi)動(dong)能耗(hao),提高(gao)(gao)了(le)(le)(le)鋁(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)穩定性。
新型(xing)陰(yin)極結構鋁(lv)(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)槽技術在世(shi)界(jie)著名的海(hai)德魯鋁(lv)(lv)業公司等國內(nei)外(wai)30多(duo)家大(da)型(xing)鋁(lv)(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)廠(chang)進行了大(da)規(gui)模產業化應(ying)用,總規(gui)模達到(dao)416萬(wan)噸/年(nian)。與(yu)推廣前的2008年(nian)相比,新型(xing)陰(yin)極結構鋁(lv)(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)槽平均噸鋁(lv)(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)耗(hao)降低(di)了900~1100kWh,實現年(nian)節電(dian)(dian)(dian)約(yue)41億kWh,減排當量CO2達380余萬(wan)噸,年(nian)創經濟效益(yi)20億元,經濟社會效益(yi)十分顯著。
